3. What is shared

Provider information submitted for publication, including business name, service details, portfolio photos, and any WhatsApp number chosen for publication, can be visible to visitors. Customer request details and task photos are handled according to the sharing choices available in the platform.

When you choose to contact another user through WhatsApp, the contact information and message you send are handled by WhatsApp.

4. Photos

Task photos are uploaded to help explain a request. Portfolio photos are uploaded to show a provider’s work and may be publicly displayed after approval. Only upload photos you have permission to share.

5. Data protection and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect information held for operating the platform. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the platform, manage listings and requests, meet legal obligations, or resolve issues.
